I think they rebuilt their sites or something, http://audials.com is completly changed, so maybe they did that with the forum too. Might be the problem.

You could also try to send them an email to support@tunebite.com

I also think that the Premium version of Tunebite only converts audio files and the Platinum one does the video conversion also, so this might answer your question...
