So does DVD Decrypter make DVD5 copies or do you have to make an ISO of a predestined DVD5 folder?

I know DVD Decrypter isnt used much anymore because it cant crack the new codes, but if you have a program like AnyDVD wouldnt that make the program essentially the same it was? Because the DVD will appear unprotected.
