Hello I have no clue about converting files to dvd which I can play on my dvd players. My questions are the following:

When I convert an avi what do I convert to? Do I just click convert? If so I did and they wont play on my dvd players. Im using DVD -R which works fine on home videos which I record but it wont play an avi after converting. They both say illegal disc when I try to play them on my dvd players. Am I suppose to adjust my settings in the options or someother type of tweaks? Thanks....
