As you probably know...error 400 = general transcoding error, very non-specific and doesn't tell the user much. This could be anything from a bad press, scratched or dirty disc, to a decrypting failure.

The specific error code however, is very useful to Fengtao.
I would suggest sending the .IFO files and error code to him.
Here's how to send the .IFO files:

1) Open an Explorer window, and navigate to VIDEO_TS folder of the DVD.
2) Copy all files ending with .IFO to hard disk.
3) ZIP the IFO files on hard disk to one file. Name it with a readable filename, eg., To Have and Have Not_R1.zip.
4) Send the zip file to fengtao(at)dvdidle.com, you need replace (at) with @.

He's very good about getting back to users re: specific errors.
In the interim, here's a few ideas to try...

In Common Settings > Read,
Tick Ignore all reading errors automatically.
Untick Enable read-ahead cache.
If you haven't already, try to rip with another optical drive

I don't have this flick, otherwise I'd give it a shot.

Hope this helps.
