Thanks for the welcome! The DVD I'm having a problem with is a region 4 disc, and I
was able to back it up with
DVDFab 3.1.4.0. But now that I've updated to 3.1.5.0, DVDFab "encounters a problem and needs to close" every time I try open that disc in the program.
