I had made a successful copy of BMW Navigation DVD 2007.2 version. Here's how:

Software: DVD Decrypter v3.5.4.0
Media: SONY DVD+R 16x
Write Speed: 4x
Book-Type: DVD-ROM

It works fine with my 2007 BMW 530i, no problem at all.
