Hi santaprayer
if you want to copy the movie to your hard drive and keep the Quality and burn to a DVD9 later then select the DVD9, BUT if you will be burning the movie onto a DVD5 disc then you may want to select DVD5 this way
DVDFab can compress it down to fit the SL disc....it is up to you.
I and other DVDFab users have compress at 60% and can't see that much difference during playback
EDIT...just seen you last post after typing this SO ..just select DVD9
