I think maybe you have the wrong title selected (on the first screen), an extra feature instead of the main movie. Use the preview window to play a little of it (while still on the first page of Generic, before clicking Next) and make sure it is the main movie, also check the running time listed. There is no difference between the trial and a registered version except that the trial will expire in 30 days. Mine was done with verision 3.1.2.6. I will check this thread again Sunday. Good luck.
