To do this you will either have to use a freeware or programs from slysoft to decrypt the protection in order to make a working backup or 1:1 copy to play on your player. But what your telling is saying it has a copy protection to prevent you from making a copy is all. If there was something wrong with the media you wouldn't be able to play or read the media then at the point you should return it to get another copy where you bought that media to replace the defective media.
