I like a mystery too, I just don't like being the lead role.
Anyway, I tried just taking a chapter from a disk as well as from the hard drive, I tried it in Generic, IPOD etc, they all hang at 100% and just sit there with the clock continuing to count.
Hang on........think I see what is happening. I went to the folder where the file is being converted too, and noticed that the byte count is continuing to go up. I know from past results that most movies are around .5GB / hour of recording at my
SWEET SPOT settings. So, what I think is happening is that the screen is showing it at 100% but it is still converting. I am doing another at the moment to test my theory and it has come up to 100% on the screen and when I look in the folder it is still at only 190KB and going up very very very slowly. It seems for some reason the conversion itself has slowed down well ahead of the actual screen. The screen one is about right for time, but the actual conversion is lagging way back.
Any chance of you doing a quick one chapter convert to see if you have the same problem, I'm wondering if it has something do with the later updates.
Thanks again
Cage.
