It's like it's not using the key for some reason. If it decrypts right the 1st time, it should work in the future. There seems to be a bug when it looks up the key in the archive, it sometimes doesn't use it on the disc. I found that it only had this problem when CSS key archive was enabled. It happened all the time, tho. Enough for me to realize what was causing it. If I recall, the ballon tip wouldn't even come up on DVDs sometimes when they were reloaded. It was not seeing the encryption or removing it like it had done before.
