Who makes the burner, and have you checked their web site? Did you check appropriate boxes to select desired service packs, make boot disk, etc. when nLite was run? Obviously disk will not be bootable unless selection for that is checked while running nLite. If that was done, then problem must be firmware or media unless this is SATA drive in which case SATA instability could be the problem.
