If you blank a whole domain in a titleset, it is replaced by a tiny 10Kb VOB, leaving no unreffed material. Please see the help file.
If you blank just a PGC in a domain (using Kill Playback for example), then yes, you will need to reclaim the space with something like VobBlanker. But blanking a whole domain will not exhibit calweycn's issue.
Also, calweycn's problem has absolutely nothing to do with the time map (which has little to do with anything except seeking in a one_sequential title)!
