You don't get unreferenced cells when you blank stuff, only when you "Kill PGC playback." As I said, I didn't edit anything in the movie's domain, so there's no reason why cells should be unreferenced there. All I did was use the "Blank out all VTST titles/Menu PGCs" function. That doesn't leave unreferenced material. It completely rewrites the VOBs with blank cells.

How did you get it to your hard drive? Did you use AnyDVDs Rip to harddrive feature? Or did you use another means?
I used the newest AnyDVD ripper. That is where the problem began. I haven't edited the movie's domain with any programs that would've left unreferenced cells. The cells shouldn't be unreferenced. They are part of the movie. What's odd is that PGC Edit showed the correct playback time, but when I opened it with Shrink, the interleaved cells were unreferenced. This seems like a serious problem with AnyDVD's ripper. It has nothing to do with PGC Edit, I didn't edit the movie at all. I just blanked the FBI warnings in VIDEO_TS menu.
