Of course you're going to have a whole lot of unreferenced cells if you blanked stuff. Run the DVD through FixVTS to clean up all the crap left behind to conserve space.

How did you get it to your hard drive? Did you use AnyDVDs Rip to harddrive feature? Or did you use another means?
