If I correctly understand what you are requesting, DVDFab will do this now. To get exactly what you want, you may need to do the rips with Merge mode, but DVD to Mobile will let you load multiple sources: just click on the Source folder icon again after Configure (instead of Start) and Fab will load another folder to process. When you have a night's worth loaded and configured, then click Start and hit the hay. Each title will produce a separate AVI when batch processed this way.
