Hi there,

You can have Internal Subtitles (Like a commercial DVD) or someone hard coded the subtitles in the video itself, which it not considered an internal subtitle, since it's part of the video.

If it's part of the video, you can't remove them.

If they are internal subs, (Like a commercial DVD), just turn them off with your DVD Player remote.
