First off thank you for trying to help me out. Below is the new part of my log only. Didn't want to repost the whole thing. Also this has happened with every source disk we have tried (About 15 or so). I am running the VSO Inspector now to check the disk, and will let you know when it finishes. Also I have no action selected, no DVD player service, and no DLA tab for the burner. I will go ahead with the firmware update.
