*Worried* Quality of AVI file's after burn...

Hey,

If i burn a DVD+R disc that contain .avi files that i downloaded (anime),
and i store them is the top condition that a disc can have... that means:

- Use Vebratim Disc DVD+R 16x made in taiwan (the best that i found)
- Store them inside close plastic disc cake
- Store all that in DRY and COOL and DARK closet (Wood closet)
- The disc them selfs are 100% scrach free, and barely used (I burn them so i can see the anime in afew years from now, Don't ask)
- The disc them self are 100% fix, not broken nor damaged etc.

continue of Question: Will the .avi files will be damaged when time goes by? that mean the sound quality will be lower? and the picture of the avi will be lower as well, more pixel, less shape and clear image. Will that happend?

And i ask this because i have afew anime that i burn not so long time ago... (some afew month some 1-2 years) and when i check to see if the disc are all right, i see a damaging in the quality of the avi files. (image+sound)

I'am kinda worried cuz i will continue DL anime and burn them and i afarid that i losse there HQ that i saw before i burn the anime's...

i'll be glad if you answer my problems.
btw: the cd that i use: DVD+R Vebratim 16x made in taiwan.
(There is any other alternative to store avi files for years without damage the HQ of the files?)

tnx
