I'm on the same problem like you

I've got an Navigation disk Western Europe 2007/1 including SW 550.. if i insert the copy, navi posts "navigationsupdate cd/dvd 550" if i close the sreen, it says "pleasae insert navigation dvd"

what programms do you use?
