Ok, this is the wrong posting should be posted at
CloneDVD forum but I give what I think might be happening. That would seem to be a clear visual sign of a buffer in the burner not having enough memory to burn onto the media. Where you running anything else when you were doing the burn? Do you have a
firewall or antivirus program running? Also what other program you using with clonedvd to burn the media? And what version of clonedvd are you using? Last but not least what is the media your burning and for your specs I would check with the manufacture not with other users as they might not have the same unit or model as you. And when you upgrade firmware make sure you read the manual or pdf file from manufacture stating what changes took place. I wait to see what you report back to see what is happening on your burns. Verbatim is a safe choice to go with but as will all burns when you burn don't be multitasking as it's a CPU and memory intensive job for the computer.
