ok, didn't know it contains content. So basically, it contains the first 3 seconds of black screen. Maybe it's being authored this way. But if you don't like this 3-seconds of black screen, just cut it out of the content by doing this:

Select program 24. Go to the Preview window, scroll it to the first frame of the video (use the > arrow of the scrollbar) and "Cut to here".

One good way to learn about navigation and commands is use the debug player in Step mode, look at how the registers stored the values and how the navigation works. You may need to reorganize the Registers and System Registers panes around in the window to see everything at once.
