i have an acer aspire 5672 with the dvd device write on title
One day I buyed a cd-r philips and my device dont want burn it with nero and also with linux.

and the device after the update go very well, but the bios of my acer dont reconize the device and the relative voice on bios don't appare, and now I cant have the boot from cd.
I also send an email to acer-support but they dont have the original firmware
I don't want to go with the assistance.
I don't know where I can find this firmware
