You are right except I've seen people in local stores where I live try to return DVDs. They will return it for the exact same title [which in this case will be another BS DVD] and that is all. You have to show an extreme problem if you want a full refund and I have yet to see it happen. I'm not saying it can't be done... I've just never seen nor heard of it where I live.[/quote]

Now, having answered bjkg and said what I already said I must now admit here is a perfectly valid explanation! And in this case I would be completely within my rights to get the refund if they cannot provide me a copy of that movie title that will play on my Home Theatre PC. I wouldn't have thought of this to be honest. Good thinking!
