I've burned several DVD's with Nero 7 but they all come out with an annoying pulse (for lack of a better description) in them. The video pulses showing as slight skew in pixels throughout. It's just annoying to watch. Any ideas on how to improve the quality? The movies play fine when I've captured them to my computer but something must be happening during the burning process.
