I've read back through this thread and tried to figure out eveything on my own before posting. I got the fair use program, but I get this message when I try to find the keys: "IBX Version 11.0.6000.6324 isn't supported yet". Could somebody tell me what my problem is?

I also tried the WMA convert link and it seems to work great, but it only does the first 29 seconds. It says I need a license code to do the entire song, but I don't know what that is.
