Don't have the PSmplay actually playing the music when you go to select "output to WAV." If it's playing it won't show up, as you saw. Also you will have to select each track individually as it will only convert the one you currently have open in the player. My store has 4 separate "Hours" on each disc so to backup all of them I had to click the double arrows to skip to the next hour, stop and then click to convert. The reason you may have not heard all the songs might have had something to do with the programing for the shuffle either within the DMXplayer or in the CD itself. Hope that helps!
