I am sorry I was not posting a threat just a statement I have contacted them sent 4 support emails and have yet to hear a word from anyone at the company.I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and nothing changed. It is just so frustrating when you pay out for something in good faith and get faulty programs and then no one will return or reply to an email.I paid for service and am not getting it, supposed to get lifetime updates and unlimited email support.I have had to resort back to using the DVD Fab express Free version to do most of my backups lately. I am not new to this only new to this forum. I have been using DVDFab and Vob and Pgedit DVDShrink DVDDecryptor and other programs for along time.I came in here because it is in there website for support you can visit this forum and I was under the understanding that the company does come in and read the posts here.I figured since they don't answer my support emails I would post and hopefully get there attention.
This is the error message I get everytime
Task_1 Failed! Error=300
Process failed

If anyone has any suggestions that I have not tried I am all ears.

I have also purchased dvdfab. I am also new to this forum.
I did not make this purchase lightly, as I have used previous versions of Fab (loved them) and many, if not most, rip and burn software ever made. The $50 means alot to me.
I also cannot make proper copies without some error or another. (Too pissed off to list errors at the moment). I even went so far as to make a clean install of Windows Xp on a spare machine with all updates and Fab 3.050, still have errors.
SOFTWARE IS FLAWED AT THIS MOMENT> NEED FIX!!!
I will not threaten but... hopefully fengtao is listening.
I will be happy to provide details tomorrow, not today, too mind blown at this point.
