This newbie has a question that, I think, is related to this.
When I click on the Safely Remove Hardware Icon to disconnect my USB hard drive I get "This drive is still being accessed..."
The only work around is to shut down the computer and turn off the drive after I've done so.
From googling the problem seems to be connected to Windows Explorer and it does sound like something similar to "not refreshing" is happening.
Would goober22's find correct it?
