I have finally had the time to view the last three movies that I copied and they are all good. So this whole time it was the chipset drivers causing the problem.

I should have stuck with my first thoughts on this, that being that this problem didn't exist until after the new computer was built, and the burner was working fine in the old build, same media...
I just wanted to thank all of you for your support and suggestions, although they didn't solve the problem they were enlightening and informative.
I owe a special thanks to an old fart for the software that he sent me, thanks again. One old fart to another.
