I usually close F@H (I run the text version) before I shut down my PC (when I shut it down

) And to make sure I don't lose anything, I back up my F@H folder at least once a day. There is also a Prevlog.txt file it makes. I'm not on a PC that has F@H installed to check the exact file name now.

Those 600 point gromacs are the beast on my PIII 733 box
