Spot on, there are now a bunch of HDCP equipped gfx cards on the market.
On the ATI side there are cards from SAPPHIRE, TUL (Powercolor) and Gigabyte.
On the nvidia side there are cards from MSI, Gigabyte and others.
HDCP and HDMI might be a bit more complicated than you might think.
And HDTV is not HDTV...
