I am NEW To this Forum, It seems Cool, I need serious help please, but since you guys know all about burning and decoding, it should be an easy question for you

IT SEEMS DVD SHRINK (3.2.015 Version) will not decrypt Sony or Colombia Pictures DVDS, I know you have heard it before, I am a secretary and my husband does this and we need a new program, just signed up with Blockbuster again.
I have Listed my equipment or my hubby's computer equip below.
PLEASE ADVISE ME THANKS

Dell Dimension DIM 4700 Intel Pentium 4, 2.80 Ghz, 2.79 Ghz, 504 mb RAM
Windows XP Home Edition, Service Pk 2
Sony DVD DRU 820A Dual Layer Burner
Memerex Disks DVR
DVD SHRINK 3.2 PROGRAM TO COPY AND DECRYPT
