oops.. i just looked and nero recode only does the different compression rates for main movie and the special features (changable). i must have used nero vision when i changed the movies.
i have changed things from PAL to NTSC without loss of quality though. ive also changed from MPEG-4 to NTSC with the same results. it just takes
forever.
