The media I'm using is Memorex DVD -R 16x. The program you mention shows it as CMC being the manufacturer. The burner is a TSST Corp TS-H552D and the dvd player the movie is sitting in is a Phillips DROM6216. Both internal drives. My current stable of products I'm failing with are: DVD2one2, WinAvi, AnyDVD, 1ClickDVDCopy Pro, and VSO ConvertXtoDVD. All registered.

I didn't save any error messages except for DVD2One2 which said "Write Data Failed Sense Key 03, 73, 03". On their message board someone with a similar error message had a response that it was his burner that is causing the error message. For what it's worth, I've been able to use ConvertXtoDVD to burn a 700meg avi movie to dvd that plays nicely on my dvd player.
