Based on this log, everything looks normal.
Now those
ENGINE: rc buffer underflow are just engine messages for the VSO Programmers, I guess they are normal, but you have a lot, maybe means something like low memory, or to many frames processed who knows
What is the media id of your blanks DVDs ?
Media ID can be found in the burn logs.
You are sure those .vob are 29fps and not 25fps ?
You are sure it's not a playback issue based on cheap media and/or burned too fast ?

I don't recall seeing
framerate: before, maybe this file is weird
