first of all to make your dvd burner region free using software to fool the operating system such as ms windows is only one step of the process. you will still need to make your dvd burner/dvdrom region free as well. what brand is your dvd burner or dvdrom? liteon dvd burners/rom's are easy to make region free by using LtnRPC which can be downloaded at this site: http://dhc014.rpc1.org/LtnRPC/

I use dvd region killer on my computers with no problems and my dvdroms are region free as well. If you find your dvd burner or dvdrom doesn't have the capability of becoming region free then buy a liteon dvdrom.
