Ok, feel compelled to reply to this topic as well.
On this forum you can ask almost any question you feel like, as long as you post it in the appropriate forum and with regard to the rules you agree with when registering here.
As a general tip to all those who come and visit this forum, there is a search funtion on this forum I urge you to check out, for a lot of questions can be answered by doing some searching first.
What can be annoying is those who register here, ask a question about where to download this or that program and once they have found it you will never see them again (or when they have another question, they register again for they have forgotten their password or don't want to be associated with thier previous nickname).
There are a lot of people who spend a fair amount of their free time to read and reply to topics posted on this forum. Noone is getting paid to be here (it even costs money still since revenues are still not sufficient to pay for hosting) and we are all here because we like it here and like to see a preverbial smile on someone's face when a problem is solved or a question has been answered.
It is our goal to make this your place on the web where you can feel at home and ask questions when you have a problem, but keep in mind that there is a search function on this forum and that we are all here to healp eachother, it is a two-way street.
As far as your question, FXP boards are the place to be, but there too it is a two-way street. If you contribute yourself, you are more likely to be accepted and allowed access to such boards. Especially the good stuff is pretty much kept private, because of deleters and system administrators who don't like their servers being used for these (illegal) purposes.
There are a few HTTP boards, but they are becoming extinct. You could try
www.imaginers.com/iw and take it from there.
