No, what he says is " DvdReMake will remove blocks only if they are not used anywhere else." In your case, the removed blocks are not referenced by other PGCs. Powerdvd playing fine is one thing. Would you reimport the exported dvd just to make sure the credits are no longer there - for peace of mind since you say the size is the same. There must be some content that is not removed.

Nothing is there and it takes up almost no space so I left it in. The screenshots and nav packs I've posted are from an incomplete dvd trimming after all.
I know it doesn't take up much space by looking at the screenshots. That's up to you. I generally like to make the dvd "clean" by removing unreferenced material.

I suppose I could do that but the resulting video quality would be pretty wretched. If I can remove the content that I want to then no recoding/shrinking of the video needs to be done.
I don't think removing the opening and closing credits will come down to 4.7GB from 5.2GB. If you strip angle and keep only 1 audio track, that'll probably fit. I notice you have 2 audio tracks of English and Japanese each. Do you really need 4 of them? You can just keep 2 of them. That'll help squeeze the size down.

Speaking of video quality, 5.2GB compress down to 4.7GB is not much compression. You won't notice the difference much.
