Hi

I am using ABC as my bit torrent.

I am letting people upload from me (as one should)

Normally I have about 4 (films) uploads running at one time. What I don't understand is that whatever the files are I am always uploading at a rate of about 29kb/s in total.

What I would like to do is configure it so that I can let people upload a total of about 100kb/s

Can someone please explain to me how I can do this (if it is possible)
