Okay. I don't have the same kind of files you're seeing on your DVD. So, it wasn't as simple as taking out the POI and street name files. This is how mine looks like:

So, I tried to burn everything except for "DCA0.AR0" and "DCA0.AR1" I replaced them with empty dummy files. It was 1524MB, so I had to do a slight overburn onto DVD+R media. Didn't work.

I'll try a few more things, but I'm starting to waste a whole lot of media!
