Because you are using the latest version, and you have the latest firmware on your burner, maybe your drives doesn't like to burn in Session At Once mode.
In the settings, in the "Writting Devices" there is an option on the the bottom
[X] DVD-R SAO first
Disable this option, and try again.
I have heard of a few people having issues burning with SAO.
I also noticed you changed media from Ritek to Sony, and it's still doing it, this is why I'm suggesting this.
I always burn at x2.0 (Slowest Speed) when having burning issues.
So either you can try an other one at x2.0 (SAO) or disable SAO, and try x2.0
If it's a go, keep SAO disabled and try an other one at x4.0

Don't burn too close to the edge of the media.
This is also problematic sometimes.
Maybe it's not the SAO at all but this.
Something else to try !
