Well these programs apparently enable you to make from a PAL original that will not play on US NTSC DVD Players a DVD that will play on NTSC DVD players. Therefore ifso facto it has converted the clode to NTSC. My Harmon Kardon 31 DVD player specifically says it will not play PAL DVDs.
