My guess is your pc now sees that vitural drive as a real drive and probably it's not configured right. If you can get in using safe mode disable the vitural drive / program from starting up then get rid of it till you figure it out. Use the Start / Run / msconfig. It should be in the startup list or somewhere in there. When you reboot it then should not be loading up the vitural drive.
