i need to correct myself !

it works but not via the properties !

you must choose audio cd-new
drag n drop the audio tracks tot the project window.
then click on burn and THEN mark the setting "remove pause between tracks" and push the burn button.

if you try to change the pause with the properties function u still can set 0 seconds but when you hit the burn button then it just reset all pauses to 2 seconds and burns the cd with 2 sec pause between tracks.
