I'm aware of the fact that the first track must have the 2s gap, I'm talking about all other tracks. Remember, Nero V6 (which I've reverted to) works just fine. It's nero v7 that has the bug. I can sit with two PCs one with V6 installed the other with V7, and setting everything identically on the two PCs, results in a correctly created audio CD with V6, and (a working) but incorrect audio CD with V7. I also use Adobe Audition, for mixes, and using V6 can break the music into tracks with no gaps when played. You get a smooth transition through the music, and all you see happening on the CD player is the track number incrementing.
