I have lost 3 verbatium DVD's so far

ok so first I lost a dvd by trying to do a direct copy through nero.

then I copied the .iso and .msd file out
I used decrypter to burn it, however I couldnt set the boot type to dvd rom because I have a matshita dvd burner on my laptop. and there is no matshita tab to select dvd rom

third dvd I downloaded alcohol 120% and tried burning it with the trial version and in the recording options I clicked the "Book Type DVD+R/DVD+RW disc as DVD-ROM while burning" still didnt work can someone please help tell me what to do. I am just trying to backup my lexus navi dvd update


Also this might be a stupid question but do I need to select the .msd file to burn or can I use the .iso file
