I have tried the threads and changed the PIO to DMA. It is in the secondary channel that Device 1 has the current transfer mode as PIO only when I have checked DMA if available in the transfer mode box. I have saved drive info as an attachment per crossg's direction. I don't want to reinstall the drives b/c I'm not sure if my operating systems is on it. Hope the info helps.
