I think it's just ghosting, response time is misleading a lot of the time. I know that LCD claims 8ms, but I've seen LCDs that have 12-16ms response time that ghost worse than 25ms LCDs. Then I've seen 16ms LCDs that look about the same as my L90D+ (which is FAST for an LCD). Maybe Rosewill's 8ms spec is a bunch of BS. I think it's just ghosting, all LCDs ghost, even the VX924 (which is REALLY FAST, but it has weak color, and does weird stuff with some motion

) . I saw a supposedly 8ms 17" cheapo LCD that ghosted worse than most of the 25ms LCDs @ comp USA. I couldn't remember the brand, but it was some generic POS, I'm pretty sure the 8ms spec was a complete fabrication.
