Thanks for the info..

However, I do not use XP,,, W2000 pro..yes...
Use NTFS as opposed to any fat file system.
I also do not have a need for file compatible.. unless I have missed something.
I have not had a file problem with any of the cd's or DVD's from one system to another, in other OS's w98, w95, XP ... however, they do need a UDF reader if the CD is an InCD media format... but other than that no..
